With the cooler months having arrived, we need to keep our bodies in optimum health. Essential oils are an amazing way to achieve what we desire whether thats an uplift, stress relief or soothing experience.
I have put together some massage oil combinations that can assist in optimising your massage and health:
Basil, Geranium, and any citrus oils (uplifting)
Basil and Wintergreen (stress-relief)
Black Pepper, Marjoram, and Lavender (warming and soothing)
Marjoram, Lavender, Peppermint, and Cypress (soothing)
Lavender and Peppermint (soothing)
Rosemary and Wintergreen(soothing)
Neroli Touch, Lavender, Ylang Ylang, Marjoram (aromatic)

Please note: Massage oils are hot or warm oils that will always need dilution, either with Fractionated Coconut Oil or the doTERRA Hand & Body Lotion. To test for sensitivity, add small amount of diluted oil on a small patch of skin and monitor for up to 5 minutes for a reaction.
