Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours prior to your massage or a 50% fee applies. Where a cancellation is made less than 24 hours’ before appointment, the full value of your massage will be charged. Where there is a no-show, the full value of your massage will be charged.
Bookings Policy
To book online you will be required to enter your credit card details and pay a 50% deposit to secure your appointment. The balance is payable at the completion of your massage. Please note that we begin our massage services on time. If you arrive later than your scheduled appointment time, your massage time will be reduced.
Appointments
For first-time clients, you must arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Please note health and safety is paramount to our massage service and we are unable to begin your appointment without a completed Client Intake Form. For returning clients, please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. For all appointments, if you are late to your scheduled appointment your massage time will be reduced. Mobile phones must be turned off or switched to silent upon arrival to the massage rooms.
Clients under 18 years old must have their parent or guardian complete and sign off on their client intake form prior to their appointment in order for their appointment to be confirmed.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. If you cancel or move your appointment within 24 hours, we will deduct 50% of the massage value from your gift card. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit the value of the gift voucher.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, cash and debit cards.
